If she's banned from the mall, she's trespassing and needs to be ARRESTED as soon as her ass hits the parking lot. No 'let it go' no excuses. The ban is there for a reason; to PROTECT the employees of the mall from her! I would go to the mall office/security supervisor directly and complain as to why she's not being thrown out, and you might want to file assault charges.

This is what I was wondering. I think the mall management needs to get a restraining order against them so that not only are they banned, but if they come anywhere near the mall they get thrown in the hoosegow. They sound like more than just pests to me...Quoth LillFilly View Post

The odd thing is, the security had to be called to come and get them off the property, but if someone starts busking out the front, it'll take them less than 5 minutes to tell them off.Comment
