      Luckily it was a lead that liked me/thought I was funny, and just reminded me to keep my arms down if I was going to "dance". So I went back to doing the "sprinkler" since I could, if caught, pretend I was itching my shoulder. We also came up with a shorthand to signal to listen in on a call - I would "kermit" my arms. Then I would flash one of my aforementioned bingo cards - usually "Do you kiss your Mama with that mouth?" since we couldn't hang up on a caller for any reason.

        I have a bit of good news. I'm in a different area and don't have to book any appointments. Strictly customer surveys about past service done. I only had one rough guy in three hours and I talked to lots of people. We do have to complete a certain number completed each hour but that's not difficult. I'm a lot happier now. Thanks for all of your support I And hubby made chocolate chip cookies today (no bacon) Lol.

            I'm really honored. I've just been there a month and my supervisor asked me if I was interested. Others were asked also but have been there cosiderably longer than me.

              We just don't really have much opportunity where I am, except maybe in positions that are not specific to a certain client and I think you really have to excel in what you're doing to make it there...also some of those positions have been eliminated. For the client I work for, the only positions are front line agent, team lead (which I really wouldn't want), and supervisor (which I doubt I'd want). I wish we answered e-mails at my building (for our client) but we only do calls.
