I've heard my share of complaining about nothing in my 2+ years of internet tech support for the cable company, but some things stand out.
We started offering VOIP service about a year ago, its amazing how many people don't know how to use the phone, or are suprised they have to press 1 to dial LD.
Those who simply refuse to sign up for one of our email addresses so they can download the free internet security suite we offer. Come on, we don't care if you use it, just get the email with your license key and forget about the address. You won't get spam unless you use it! If its the principal of the thing, then I'd like to live your life and have incredibly petty things to worry about.
