Which kind? The "true" nightmares that wake you up, and happen at the wrong time of night, because you're too hot or hurting yourself or something, I apparently have a way to get rid of. I'm not sure what it is, but trust me, you don't want it. (I'm the only person I know who can injure herself fairly badly in her sleep). Otherwise, de-stress, deal with what's bugging you. I know that causes really bad dreams for me.
TPBM has figured out what's bugging them because it came out in dreams.
