Rice: measure the liquid EXACTLY. Take notes and adjust for the next time you make rice (each type of rice needs a different ratio). Do NOT take the lid off while cooking (except to add the white rice).

I'm not the biggest fan, so I can't tell you if my recipes are any good. I just basically mix eggs and milk, add some sugar if it's for dessert, cinnamon, raisins and a bit of orange zest, then pour it over the rice and bake.

TPBM has a better recipe.
