Bad news, the couple I was staying with broke up.

Good news, I got to stay in the apartment.

Bad news, the half of the couple who stated became a complete inconsiderate ass.

Good news, ummmm I can sleep in a bed?

Bad news, the ass started smoking heavy in the apartment.

Good news, I convinced the ass his dog needed to eat more then once every couple days.

Bad news, the ass started throwing loud late night parties.

Good news, the ass took off with all his stuff for a new apartment.

Bad news, he shut the power off on me stating he didn't know he was that far behind.

Good news, I talked to the apartment office and I might be moving into a apartment mid month, pending manager approval.

Bad news...no power...no laptop...no Internet...no games!!! *dies a gamer death*

Awkward/funny news, the ass runs away from me when he sees me looking at him.

Something that was pointed out to me...this ass with his wanna be a play boy life has a drug conviction. And as of recently a hand gun with about 30 bullets he made a + in the tips.

I really need to get into my own place and away from the crazy.

You remember correctly. If he commits a crime (say buys or sells dope) and gets caught with it, it means an sentencing "enhancement."

However, if this guy were worried about breaking the law he'd never have a drug conviction in the first place.

So I forgot to post I got the water turned back on since that's controlled by the apartment complex. Right now I'm curled in a blanket shivering and trying not to cry (isn't working) cause the water was like ice and I needed to bath. I keep telling myself it could be worse but I swear the universe has had something say "challenge accepted".
