I think I found a worse director than Uwe Boll (Avatar, Last Airbender no spoilers)

I was actually kind of excited for the movie... I was planning on seeing it this week... but yesterday I saw a new trailer for it and noticed who was directing it..... and it killed all enthusiasm I had for it. I have seen many of Shyamalan's movies and some of them I could tolerate... others just made me cringe in my seat till it was over. I'm not willing to spend money on the gamble.

....all I do want to say is this though.... even though it would have totally changed how Avatar felt and looked...and probably most of the story line...if Del Toro had directed it I would have forked out money to see that rendition^_^ hehe.

I saw it yesterday with a friend. I never watched the tv series. I thought it was pretty decent for a movie. Sometimes, the camera work got blurry, but other than that, it was pretty good.

Hopefully, they make the other books, as this was only Book One.

ETA: The choreography for the bending was really awesome! The movements were so graceful and so in sync with everyone else! Those parts took my breath away.
