Inspired by an old friend, I've been getting up every morning at 6:00am, except weekends. I do 45 minutes of exercise before showering and breakfast. Alternating days I go jogging in the neighborhood.
I never thought I'd have the energy to do anything before breakfast, but I was pleasantly surprised. Now the only problem is what to do when summer ends. I hope to continue this routine when classes restart, but jogging in the cold usually give me a nasty migrane.
