I can never work out b4 work....(mainly because I have along commute)
This weekend will be light exercise, though I guess I could use the break

I've just recently started watching UFC on television, and it's kind of inspired me to start working out. In fact, I just got done doing about 500 crunches and who knows how many push-ups.
School started today, so I hope I'm not too exhausted from homework to do anything. I'm trying out for the wrestling team so that I can continue, and I'm already on the shot and discus team, so I've got that next semester.
My friend practices Jiu Jitsu, so I think I'll ask him where he trains.

Working from home, and dinner (and wine) at the 'rents tonight....will skip desert.

This is why I hate eating at my 'rents....my mom asked 3x times if I was actually eating, then made me leave with yummy cookie/pumpkin bread.....if I didn't take it, it'd prolly get tossed, and now its in my freezer...teasing me....must give it away

Looks like no exercise this weekend, and I'll have to take it easy....I'm going to NH in month to climb a mountain.

Weighed and measured in today, and while I didn't lose a lot in the way of pounds, I lost inches, so it excites me, all the same. And the numbers are:
Total pounds lost: 25
Total inches lost:
1. From hips: 5"
2. From waist: 2.5"
3. From ribcage: 1.5"
4. From bust: 2"
All in all, not doing too badly, despite my slip ups and periods of lost motivation. If I actually managed to work out more often than I have been lately, I'm sure I'd see change a little more quickly. As it is, I worked out twice this week, which is two more times than I have been in the last few weeks, so I'm proud of myself regardless.
I lost 15 pounds, now I've gained back 5. Same scale. I'm so confused.
I verbally tore my mom a new one for slacking off on our gym attendance. I'd go alone, but I have crippling anxiety going into public without an escort, so I can't. She promises to do better, and I did too. Yay, family.
This weekend is gonna be a test....Im not going to 100% adhere to the diet (I am paying far too much attention to te cal counting), and I can;t hike due to the bum leg....but will still weigh myself,,,,,hopefully I can just go as normal and control cravings
WIsh me luck!!
