Well done everyone!
Im still dieting (down to 170 lb from 210, 25 to go) and I owe it all to tracker bars for breakfast/snacks (110 calories each and they have chocolate chips!
) and weightwatchers dinners for when im not bothered what to have. (im rubbish at portion control)
Now, if i could just remember how my rowing machine works....
