got a text this morning between 9:50 and 10:15 (phone is charging can't get the time from the text right now)
plaid is sore and tired, very sore and still in pain and his kitty has been jumping on his bad hip so he is on guard. is going to do his leg/hip exercises since he pushed himself a bit much. I told him just take it slow please because having that with you now is an adjustment for you and for your body and changes the bone density just a bit (it was a thought)
hubs said he is now 0.0007 % terminator and that it might set off the scanners in airport security. he laughed and said he was "entering rest mode"
