I'm a newbie. I have fun reading these wacky customers you all suffer through.
Just now a kid who called asking a history question and he said he lost his notes. I told (after I answered it) that remember he can't have other people answer his questions, if he lost his notes he has to know that he can go to the library and do his own research for the answer.
I really don't know why his grandfather told him to call the library, instead of take him to one.
anyway, I know I'm going to enjoy telling all my library stories. Considering that actual human waste products are involved.
