Hi! I'm terrible at introduction posts. I've been working in customer service-type jobs for 10+ years (I'm in my 20's). Currently I'm working for a major craft retailer. I'm still pretty new there (it's been a few weeks). I lurk a lot, but every now and then I get into a posting spree.

Just wanted to be friendly and say hello
