20% off of the entire store - even sale items and alcohol! Some coupons can be combined as well, it just depends on the coupon. However, we don't do any traditional advertising and most of the brands we sell don't offer coupons very often.

We have a store meeting every 2 months, and they pick names of employees to get giftcards to the store (which can be combined with the employee discount), they can be used at any location in the US. I got a $30 giftcard a few weeks ago. Employees who get a perfect secret shopper score also get a giftcard (I think it's $50?).

Occasionally a manager can give you a $5 voucher or two if they think you've gone above and beyond on something - unfortunately those can't be combined with the discount and they have to be used in the issuing store. So far I've received 1 from my department manager (days after xmas), 1 from the bakery manager (I helped them out one day when they had almost an entire shift call in sick), and 2 from one of the assistant store managers a few days ago (customer went to her and told her I gave awesome service or something).

Employee account is top account without the min. balance or annual fee - including IRA, brokerage - no commission mutual funds trades, discounted stock trades. No fee to use another bank's ATM machine (unless the owner of the ATM charges - they stopped giving that fee back). Lower rates on credit cards, loans, and discounted closing costs on mortgages. Also, dedicated staff of financial specialists that work exclusively with employee accounts. And a small safety deposit box.

We also have part of the corporate intranet that has a whole list of discounts at other companies that we do big business with - like 15% off Dell and free shipping, 10% off at a bunch of companies if we put in a special code. Included on this site was a program from GM that saved me $800 on my car. There is a number for people to call for possible discount tickets to events in arenas with our name on them.

Also, if we are traveling on company business, we get to keep for ourselves frequent flyer, car rental, hotel points which is a nice perk.

When I worked for the grocery store - nothing, unless the bakery mis-spelled something on a cake and it went to the break room

Sea World - 40% of food and merchandise in any park they owned, free admission to any park, 6 tickets for every 3 months you worked there for friends and family, access to employee lounge which served food at about cost and free iced tea and lemonade there all the time, back door admission and free employee parking whether working or not, staff parties after closing sometimes.

CVS has a pretty decent employee discount. We get 20% name brand stuff and 30% on store brand and CVS exclusive brands. The holiday pay is pretty good for full timer employees, 8 hour pay is added to your check any week there is a holiday and you get time and a half if you work a holiday (except Christmas, you get double pay if you work that one, and you have to volunteer to work Christmas in my store, my manager won't schedule you to work Christmas unless you want to), so I got time and a half for working the 4th of July plus and extra 8 hours reg pay. Part time employees only get time and a half for holidays they work.

We have another employee discount day. 10% off anything, with some exception, on top of our 10% employee discount.

And because we are changing our dress code effective August 5, we get an extra 10% off khaki pants and brown belts. But thanks to corporate's infinite wisdom, the employee discount day isn't being held on a weekend we get paid.
