This is from Hubby's job site. He is a security guard at a gated community.
Big Dick (BD) had a bunch of wood and wanted to deliver his load. He came up to the gate when Hubby's coworker was working.
Unfortunately for BD, the person he was delivering to never called him in. If you aren't called in by a resident, you don't get to enter the village.
Cue much cussing from BD. He insisted he delivered there all the time and refused to leave the gate until he was allowed in. Hubby's CW finally got him to pull off to the side. BD then got out of his vehicle and walked up to continue cussing out the security guard.
A resident was walking her dog and BD asked her to authorize him to enter the community. The woman wanted nothing to do with BD and his wood and told him so. Hubby's CW then told BD he couldn't solicit residents at the gate.
BD finally left. A couple hours later the resident who was to receive BD's wood called and apologized for neglecting to call him in, and authorized his entry.
BD returned on Hubby's shift.
Hubs: "What's your name and where are you headed?" *Though he already knew, as he'd been warned.*
BD: *gives info*
Hubs: *checks him in* "Okay, you're all set!"
BD: "What's your security company?"
Hubs: "It's [company]".
BD: "And where are you located?"
Hubs: "We're in [city]."
BD: "And who's in charge of this account?"
Hubs: "I would presume someone in our office."
BD: "I'll be having words with your boss!"
I suspect if BD does complain, Hubby's CW will get a commendation for doing his job so well.
