and of course i'm hoping his request is denied... mainly because he has all the access he needs. He just rather damage YOUR land instead of his own.

Do you get a chance to file your own response to his claims?

I used to temp for our current local magistrate. Of course the idiot was denied.

Anybody with a brain can look at our respective plat maps, and his town work permit and notice that he just put in a lovely big paved drive [yay, his taxes are going up!] and new leech bed for his septic system - and that he does have access to his property, and room enough to have his workers park, and fit more than 1 C&D can all at the same time.
