Sweet jumping Jebus, now the jackass is wandering around in my back pasture. WTF.
I am going to release the geese now. I can't wait for him to complain. Sucks to be him when about 12 12 pound geese take out after him for trespassing. Since they are heirloom show Roman Tufteds they are *very* expensive if he kills them.

OK, if as you say the cops have already explained to him that he was trespassing, and he's trespassing again, then at this point he needs to be at the very least cited, if not arrested.
Just call the cops if he's on your property still/again.
"We guard the souls in heaven; we don't horse-trade them!" Samandrial in Supernatural
I'd also recommend staking your property for fencing, and posting "no trespassing" signs in the lot.
(my fav are the violators/survivors one... and wait, they actually sell those? ooo )
eh, hell learn. He gets worse I'll sic the cops on him again. Til then he can deal with the feathered kids

It's so I can get ideas out of my head, I decided to put it in a blog in case people are bored or are curious as to the (many) things in progress.
Thanks =) They are fun to watch, they act like a bunch of kids most of the time. They like to play houdini and let themselves out of the field and sneak up by the road. The problem is the little black indian runner duck, they make a constant little quacky babble when they waddle along [sort of like Charlie Chaplin without the cane and bowler hat] so I can hear them trying to sneak up the hill. Then when I pop the front door open and yell "Busted - get back down there now" they sort of squabble sadly for a minute then waddle back down into the field.
We actually have 3 types of geese, the roman tufteds, chinese and swan geese. Here you can see a couple Romans, a few Chinese and one of the swan geese, and the little black thing sort of behind the rest is the runner duck.

Sounds like the Indian Runner duck must have a bit of Stool Pigeon in its ancestry.
Any fool can piss on the floor. It takes a talented SC to shit on the ceiling.

Got the idiot next door all sorted out. Told him if I caught his stuff on my land his stuff would be towed, if I caught him on my land he would get arrested. If he threatens me, he will go to court and explain why he feels the need to threaten a woman in a wheelchair. Told him if he lays a hand on me he will pull back a bloody stump and need to get lead removed from himself if he lives.
In front of the cop. Who stood there agreeing with me.
He has made a *very* bad first impression.

Yup - to have his workers park on my land, and plunk down his 30 yard can on my land ... so he doesn't have to risk his new leech bed. Though he doesn't seem to care about mine, as it lies right where he wants to park everything.
One use of my lower driveway while the previous owner had the realtor show him the property does not an easement make. His driveway is finished, my field is repaired and his crap can stay on his side of the border. If it starts raining enough to marsh up his land, it sucks to be him. Rob is putting a barrier up across our lower drive [we rarely use it anyway. If we need to we can remove the barrier to use the lower drive.]

Good idea. His type is the reason for the "give 'em an inch and they'll take a mile" saying. If you loaned him a cup of sugar, he'd take it as meaning he then could walk into your kitchen and take what he needed whenever he wanted.
Madness takes it's toll....
