2 years ago, I was alone sans family, and my roomie said, Let's go to my family's house. So I did..and found out he had invited me out of pity. Personally, I would have had fun staying home alone and watching tv. But hey, free food.

I think the worst holiday I had was when I had cooked dinner for me and 2 friends. They were cabbies, and told me they'd be over for dinner. I expected them to stay for at least an hour. Nope. They ate dinner and bailed. I was stuck putting away all the food, doing all the dishes...EVERYTHING. Next time they came over, I chewed them out for that. They cleaned up

But yeah, I understand where you're coming from. Fuzzy cat says hi and bonk. I also agree, get the spa day for yourself and maybe new shoes or soemthing you want. Hell, wait til after Xmas and it's all on sale!
