Really! Chemo is to keep you alive, who would skip chemo for bargain bin games?

Even more so when that bargin bin probably has the exact same games as the last three time he looked in there.

You could always ask him what medications he's taking, and write them down to google. If he's actually on chemo, he should be able to name them. If he's not, he probably has no idea what medication names are.

It really does suck that he has cancer (maybe), but that does not give him an excuse for his terrible behavior.

Re-reading this story makes me think of someone I work with who has Crohn's, celiac disease AND a bad back (inoperable). Her doc now thinks she has fibromyalgia, too. Yet she never goes into a store and demands things, in fact, at her local DVD store, she knows the employees by name and they know her, because she spends a ton of money there and is always super-polite. If she can do it, so could Dave, but he'd rather be an asshole.

I told him no, Manager L told him HELL no, and he threw a fit. He snapped one of the discs and threw the rest at me, swore loudly (scaring the several children who were in the store), then left after swearing he'd never come into the store again.

I too agree he should be banned (from the chain not just your store) and that you could call the cops on him for the vandalism. Not to mention ... he could have put someone's eye out with the DVD-snap. whenever I have to snap CDs or DVDs I do it IN a trash can so the shards don't fly out at people.


As for the sicko demanding the art... I would suggest reporting him to the art site you're on. Let them know that he's harassing - and threatening - you for turning him down. i'm betting that won't fly too well with them, especially if he's using their messaging system to talk to you.
