It's Sunday dear...post office is closed on Sundays.

I did txt my boss who was supposed to start his vacation on Saturday when he clocked out and will come in Monday to look at my clock rings. Best thing I can imagine is someone deleted my no lunch rings which would account for 3 of the missing hours. But that doesn't explain the rest of the missing ones.
Sorry ... lost track of what day it was.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you ...

Talked to the boss and because my nerves are gone by this point it turned into got into a fight with the boss.

A hour of the missing time was his fault. But instead of issuing a second check with the fix...I get to wait till next paycheck. So not what I needed.

Of course I also find out I'm wanted for a over due med appointment too. I'm so not looking forward to this cause I know the last couple months have made my insides crap and my outsides aren't too much better.

I wish it were easier to eat healthy with no power. But I know my diabetes is probably back to step one of trying to control it. I feel like hell and feel like the light at the end of the tunnel is a train and not just the end of the darkness.

So I go in and sign the lease forms today and pick up the paperwork to find out if my coworker can be my guarantor. If she is able to then I will be moving on Friday and if not then it might be on the 30th. But it's another step in the right direction...I think.

And a long hard road it's been. Hoping that everything goes smoothly today. Boss understands that you're kinda stretched thin lately, I hope?

            Things WILL work out.

You WILL get this new apartment.

You can and WILL relax and give your nerves a break, because the first two statements are true.

These are the ONLY thoughts you are allowed to have from this moment forward.

The money wasn't an issue, the guarantor wasn't a issue...the issue was no one told me I had to go down their earlier to sign the lease. I've never rented from an apartment connection before. So some of you may be going "well duh" but this was something completely alien to me and it wasn't explained out well.

But the office lady who was dealing with me could place me with people she knew personally and know are quiet understanding people.

So I'm not getting a place by myself, I'm getting into a four bedroom where my lease is only on my bedroom. It's not what I wanted but right now I really can't complain, I have no where else to look in the short time span I have.

So...going to have to buy a room fridge because I need to get back to my doc imposed low sodium diet. The appointment yesterday went horribly.

Just so tired right now of all this jumping around. So tired of having to try and prove myself. Tired of trying to see why people say I matter when it's been this much trouble just trying to find a place to live.

Well, I won't be saying "Well, DUH" because I have no idea even what is meant by "renting from an apartment connection" ...

I know it's not what you wanted, but I am keeping my fingers crossed that things work out there for you. From personal experience I know that after chaos and noise, even the first few days of peace and quiet can be very healing. And I hope you get a lot more than a few days of peace and quiet.

Good news, I'm all moved and one of my new roommates seem cool.

Bad news, my two front car tires are pointed in different directions.

Busted tie rod or end, probably. Happens surprisingly often, and usually isn't expensive to fix, so long as you don't do more damage driving while it happens. (Had one friend flip on his side and hit the side of a mountain - ouch.)

Well ... glad to hear you are moved in and your roomies are OK.

But I'm sorry about your car.

Car got picked up by the shop and I'm waiting to see what the damage to my wallet is. With all this bad juju I most have done something terribly wrong.

The shop hasn't been able to look at the car but they are willing to take a few payments from me so I don't have to come out and find 100% of the repair right now.
