Do it, just look at all those awesome features FWE lists, don't you just want to be part of that?

Really adds a ton of stuff, words just aren't enough.

I wish they'd put Ron Perlman as the voice for Three Dog, would have been an awesome cameo.

I can see me not getting much work done in the not so distant future if I start installing those mods

/tries not to look at all the sticky notes stuck around the PC

I encountered 3 Deathclaw matriarchs in Old Olney and let me tell you, matriarchs are bigger, badder and hella meaner than regular ones, Put it this way, GNR behemoth is easier to take down in vanilla FO3 than a Matriarch is in FWE.

But damn I can't help myself going D'aww when I see little geckos and wasteland scorpions mooching around the place.

One thing i miss in FO3 from the old games is the ability to target the eyes and groin, just so satisfying.

IF you use FWE, don't even think about visiting Old Olney anytime soon, it's a deathtrap.
LOL I remember the first time I visited Old Olney... closely followed by the 2nd time

FWE makes it more of a survival game, which really is how it should be all things considered.

Killing time till Dragon Age: Awakening. -.-

F3Nexus is pretty much THE place to go for any mod needs.

Pity I can never find a player home i actually like though, I've found some close but not quite what I'm after, I'm picky like that.

I'd recommend Fallout3nexus.com for picking up mods though.
I've visited that site before, believe its where I found the Fellout mod for lighting & the Enhanced weather mod

Only play Borderlands when friends are about to play with. Its too much fun co-op.
I love the co-op games. Get together with friends now & then to have some wicked games of L4D & L4D2 using skype to yell at each other
Wasn't very struck with killing fields though, only played that a few times before it lost its appeal.

I had created a finely ( precariously ) balanced mixture of 3 gig or so worth of mods when I played Fallout 3 the second time through. Practically replaced every art and sound resource and had the game overhauled from the ground up ( FWE <3 ). Then I started making my own companion mods. ><

FWE, MMM, WMK and EVE are all musts though just for game mechanics. Even if it is a science onto itself making them all work together properly.

I'd recommend Fallout3nexus.com for picking up mods though.

Currently playing through Oblivion after subjecting it to the same massive mod overhaul treatment. Only play Borderlands when friends are about to play with. Its too much fun co-op.

Check This Mod out, you might like it, Combine that with MMM (Martigens Mutan Mod) and possibly Weapon Mod Kits (WMK) and you're in for a fun time.

I'm racking up plenty of time on Fallout 3, especially with some mods that make it even more immersive (FWe, MMM and WMK) Think deathclaws were scary? Say hello to Momma Matriarch and prepare to die.
I need to find more mods. All I have at the moment is a lighting & a weather one. Its fun setting the character to wait in the radioactive rain, completely forgetting that it'll probably keel over & die once the wait times up And, you guessed it, I hadn't saved for ages!

While I'm here, anyone play Dead Space or managed to install it on Win 7? Its so far refused to install for me

My son keeps trying to get me to play... but I'm still racking up far too many hours on fallout 3! Not to mention several games I have sat here that I bought & still haven't found "time" to install
Wonder if there are any branches of Gamers Anonymous near me ?

I have warned you all that it's addictive as hell, and I've done so REPEATEDLY. 'Tis your own fault for not heeding my warnings!
Managed to rope one friend into it, the rest are now wary of me after his dramatic conversion. ;p
