I decided to start to make a concerted effort at this weight loss job.
Day off today so i did the hill outside my house 3 times. I live at the top, I work at the bottom. Door to door is dead on half a mile. Did down and up 3 times. Averaging 8 minutes down and 11 back up. Did i mention that the gradient of said hill is technically described as "Chuffing Steep."
I was just walking briskly rather than jogging but from little acorns adn all that.

Not complaining, but meh. I'm going to get back on the wagon starting tomorrow-ish. Wake up and start my morning walk, followed by some weight exercises, followed by yoga, now that I'm not in excruciating, want-to-dig-out-my-organs-with-a-rusty-shovel pain.
