Once again rejoining this thread. My boyfriend and I are trying to get in shape together, on the theory that sex is more fun when you're fit, so it's much more likely to actually stick this time.
Today I did a workout I found online, and boy am I wiped. I had to modify every move, and I couldn't even do some of them, due to the fact that my knees refuse to hold my weight in a crouch.
I feel great, though, if a bit wobbly.
Arrgh, I gotta go stretch and catch a quick shower before work, probably should have left myself more recovery time, but I didn't want to put it off another day.
