Did another walk this morning. 48 minutes, 373 calories burned, max pulse 162. It was so pretty out this morning that at times I slowed down, just to enjoy the sunshine and the wonderful breeze.
I think tonight I'm going to do some yoga-like stretching and work on some strenght training with my hand weights and swiss ball. Right now though....WATER!! <stumbles off>

Didn't talk much this time either, and it was always me initiating but it was still good. He left before me but I still forgot to do the abs/back machine.
