Oh yes, it is most definitely all in the muscles. I have to keep a strict watch on my knees, tricky bastards that they are.
I think, for now, at least, it's going to be Cardio 2-3 times a week, and the rest of the time, something low impact and less intense, like yoga or pilates. Something that'll still burn calories, but not torture me quite so much...
Doing good on food so far. Breakfast was less than 300 calories. Bowl of cereal, yogurt and a cup of cinnamon vanilla coffee. yum. Right now, I"m munching on some cherry tomatoes. Tomatoes are my favorite. I could eat them every day.

I'll be taking a water bottle with me on Sunday (I aim to go alternate days to do this). I last went to a gym 6 years ago, and it really showed with the weights
