I wish I had an accurate way of measuring body fat. I really need to take some basic measurements. I haven't lost any in the past three weeks and I do know I haven't been as good about working out or eating right. I do want to see some changes though!
I've been doing more machines, more reps and more weight on them so I have to be building muscle. But I don't want to replace fat with muscle, I want to lose lots of fat while gaining some muscle!
Tonight I was proud of myself. I was nearly *done* on the elliptical after about 20 min of the planned 41 (the program has odd interval times). But I decided I wanted to get to 200 calories burned. Then 250. Then I finished the whole thing.
My workout budy is nearly non-existant and that sucks but hey, I'm the one that's gonna be HAWT and she's not (although in fairness she is married already).
