  • 2 miles on the track at the rec center on Monday. In under half an hour. Going for another 2 today, if not 3. I think what's really been helping me a lot is having my music. Gaelic Storm, Dropkick Murphy, and Enter The Haggis are really good to run to.

          I just need to lose another 7.5 then I'm back to where I was before it started sneaking up & can continue to lose more weight (hopefully)!

          I did book an aqua class for today, this morning realised I also have a dentist appt that will clash

          • Ok, if I write this down then it's got better odds of happening. I would like to lose enough inches that I can be comfortable while wearing trousers. Ones that aren't all baggy. I just need a little bit off the thighs. I'm not going to worry too much about being able to bike in them - I can do that in my current jeans. I would, however, like to be reach the floor without thinking about it.

            • fucked up over a boy, decided to go on an early morning bike. Today is my mandatory 5 consecutive mile day anyways.

              6.6 miles in 35 minutes.

                • My workout buddies ditched me, but I still went to the gym. 30 minutes on the elliptical, 330 calories burned, and I got to watch most of an episode of NCIS that I hadn't seen.

                  The TVs on the machines at my new gym just might help me work out more consistently.

                    • So, my weight has been holding steady for months, haven't gained any... at least, not more than a pound or 2, but I'm not taking any more off. Gonna have to redouble my efforts, see what I can do.

                      • 5.71 miles. didnt "feel like" biking, so theres about a mile missing that should be there but I took the bus half way home

                        only hit 1800 calories today and I feel bad about it =(

                        • Started NIA today. It was supposed to take place two weeks ago but it was postponed, then last week no one told me they switched the dates.

                          Really great work out, ranging from soothing to intense. My arms and back hurt a little. But I feel pretty good.

                          I'd feel better if I hadn't had a baconator combo with a Frosty Floast for lunch today. >.<

                            holy shit i just looked that up. That one combo is my 70% of my calorie count for today. O_O (actually probably more since you got a float and not a soda but goddamn wendys knows how to pack in the calories)

                              I can manage more on the Xtrainer if there's an episode of CSI on
                              Pity all the equipment doesn't come with TV, although my gym does have screens dotted about with subtitles running; mostly either tuned into sports or the in house music channel though.

                                I would like to say that the combo was all I ate yesterday with the exclusion of a breakfast shake, a banana, and come peanut Butter. So calorie wise I was balanced. Nutrient wise, not so much.

                                Also, I apparently pulled something in my back and my whole right side is in pain. I'm not sure if my body is punishing me for not preparing for yesterdays work out better, or if i actually did something wrong.
