Since I started working with a personal trainer I've lost about ten pounds, but went down three pants sizes. Not as good as what I was hoping for, but better than nothing I guess.
    Still a good achievement though

I took it a bit easier today & didn't push myself as I've got a very sore knee which I think was caused by pushing myself too much swimming last week! But, hey, if I didn't go to the gym every time something hurt I'd never be there

I did my cardio workout carefully, not as much on the rowing machine though as that was pulling my knee. I'm determined I'm not stopping swimming so went slowly there. Then rewarded myself with a quick blast of UV

I have discussed all this with my doc & she says I'm doing things right etc so I'm not too worried; she knows by now that I'm fairly sensible

That sounds like you put on a LOT of muscle, because there's no way that 10 lb of fat is a full three pants sizes. I'm down about three after losing closer to 40 lb.

Oh no, my secrets out.... it was the buttered version I've been hoarding
I like real butter if I'm gonna eat buttered popcorn. Air-popper and real melted butter and salt. Yum.

You can make your own microwave popcorn; just put some kernels in a paper lunch bag, fold the top over a few times, and nuke it like normal. My roommate does it all the time. Much less fat and salt than the packaged stuff.

Aww...Popcorn's actually pretty good for you (as long as you don't cover it in butter)

Walking is good, it was about all I did before I joined the gym.. and I still spend the larger part of my workout walking on a treadmill

Was going to celebrate with a carefully hoarded pack of microwave popcorn but my daughter nommed it before I got home.
Aww...Popcorn's actually pretty good for you (as long as you don't cover it in butter). The BF and I are trying to lose some weight. He's not here, but most of my friends here are losing weight. We've been getting together to do bellydance workouts on the weekend. :P At any rate, I've been walking. That's about as strenuous as I care to get right now, and it helps my migraines.

Ate very badly over the weekend. Trying to get some of that off first as a priority.
